Ingredients:

  3. Ghee or Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
  4. Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  5. Tomato - 1 medium, finely chopped
  6. Garlic - 4-5 cloves, minced
  7. Ginger - 1-inch piece, grated
  8. Green Chilies - 2, slit
  9. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Asafoetida (Hing) - A pinch
  11. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

  1. Soak and Cook the Lentils:

    • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
